1-Bedroom Condos at Prince Kuhio by Owner - Our 1 bedroom condos are just a few yards from the ocean and are located in Kauai, Hawaii on the sunny south shore of Poipu. The resort has only 71 units and is nestled between the beautifully landscaped Prince Kuhio Park on one side and a lush, tropical garden and pool on the other side. From wall-to-wall windows in the bedroom, there are ocean views, park views, mountain views, and a view of the sunrise! The ocean is so close you can hear the ocean waves from the bedroom at night. The living room has a great view of the pool and garden through large picture windows. There are two sandy beaches in front of the condo. Prince Kuhio beach has excellent swimming, snorkling, and diving and is famous for the sea turtles you swim with while snorkling. Sometimes you can also see whales breaching and frolicking in the distance. The other, Lawai beach, is one of the islands top snorkling beaches but also has 3 prime surf spots: PK's, Centers, and Acid Drop. The surfers and body boarders are regulars at this beach. Entertainment and shopping is within minutes of these centrally located condos. Two golf courses, open ocean dives, as well as sport fishing, sailing, and ocean tours at the nearby Kukuiula Harbor.
